The comfort and safety of all residents of The Providence are of paramount importance. We employ policies and protocols to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. All residences are access-controlled with 24-hour on-site security. Underground garage parking is secured and monitored, and we’ve designed the building’s environment to use enhanced filtration and HVAC systems. To safeguard the health of all who live and work here, we’ve taken the unprecedented step of installing the autocleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) system that helps defeats COVID-19 and other airborne viruses.

All residences in assisted living at The Providence are designed with ample lighting, wide-threshold doorways to accommodate wheelchairs, stability bars in all bathrooms, and emergency-call capability.

Yes. In the Assisted Living neighborhood at The Providence, couples may live together and receive the extra assistance they need. Even if just one spouse should require assistance, a couple will be able to continue living together.

What costs are associated with Assisted Living at The Providence?

The Providence does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a one-time community fee and a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Generally, the monthly lease fee will consist of a Base Rate, which includes housing, dining, services and amenities. The individual level of care and services for Assisted Living will add to the Base Rate. Memory Care is provided at an all-inclusive rate.
